Spring semester has begun and it's time to dust off your old copies of the Aldous Huxley classic.

April's theme focuses on the new world wines of Australia, South Africa, and New Zealand

bisected by opposing winemaking philosophies.

On the left, traditional grapes grown in traditional places in traditional ways.

On the right, wines that play by their own rules one way or another.

Come by and try to see if you fall in with the establishment or feel like a little rebellion is good every now and then.
